What if you could earn tens of thousands of dollars in referral fee commission – just by talking to your friends? It’s that simple with the NRT Sales Associate Referral Rewards Program.

Find a friend. Refer them to an NRT company and then wait for the extra cash to roll in.

If that friend associates and makes sales, you can earn the equivalent of 2% of the recruited Sales Associate’s Gross Commission Income per year on transactions that close during the two-year period following the recruited Sales Associate’s date of association. Better yet, beginning the third year, you’ll earn equal to 1% of the recruited Sales Associate’s Gross Commission Income on all closed deals, as long as you both remain associated with an NRT company. Referral Rewards truly is the gift that keeps on giving.

HOW IT WORKS

The Steps to Recruit new Independent Sales Associates
into the NRT Family of Companies

1. Identify Potential Sales Associate(s)

The sponsoring Sales Associate identifies and generates interest among potential Sales Associate candidates within his/her social and professional spheres.

2. Complete and Submit a Registration Form

The sponsoring Sales Associate then completes the registration of the recruited Sales Associate and facilitates an introduction to the Office Manager. In order to be eligible for the referral fee commission, the registration form must be completed and submitted to the Office Manager prior to the recruited Sales Associate being associated with the company.

3. Earn Recruiting Income

If the recruited candidate associates with an NRT company, income from recruiting referral fee commission is included in the sponsoring Sales Associate’s 1099 taxable earnings statements as miscellaneous income.
